Our principles
We place the people taking the medicines, and those looking after them, first.
We appreciate that every community is different and we work together to co-design our services with our clients to meet your unique needs. This makes our services relevant, meaningful and engaging.
We go beyond providing information to influence how people use medicines.
We know this because we measure the impact of our service on people’s knowledge, confidence and behaviour.
We are independent of any pharmaceutical company or private pharmacy.
Our clients value our independence and repeatedly state that this is an important strength.
